Legal terms and conditions of the RRSS raffle [BLACK FRIDAY RRSS].
- GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE OWNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
The responsible for carrying out the sweepstakes and/or contests of the brand DEEPLY S.L.U. (hereinafter, "DEEPLY"), a Spanish company with registered office in Seville.
- PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
DEEPLY will carry out a sweepstake aimed at all those people who follow the following participation instructions:
- Upload a story to Instagram with your favourite outfit from the selection.
- Mention a friend
- Follow @deeply_europe
- Private accounts must send a screenshot of their story via direct message.
- NAME OF THE COMPETITION
The competition will be called "GIVEAWAY BLACK FRIDAY".
- COMPETITION DEADLINE
The competition will be open from 10:00 on 21 November 2023 until 21:00 on 21 November 2023 until 9 p.m. on 21 November 2023.
- PRIZE
The prize consists of an hourly drawing of a wetsuit from the selection presented in the stories of the Instagram account @deeply_europe.
Exchanges can only be made in the online shop, the winner will be able to contact customerservice@deeply.com.
- PARTICIPANTS
For the purposes of this giveaway, a valid entrant for the prize draw will be anyone who meets the following requirements:
- Be a natural person;
- You must meet all the requirements mentioned in section 2 of the BBLL.
- Be over 18 years of age
- DRAWING
On 21 November a draw will be made from among all participants, by virtue of which 10 winners of the prize indicated in the fourth clause will be chosen.
The draw will be carried out by means of a random computer system. In the event that no response is received from the winner within 3 working days, counted from the communication indicated in the following clause; or, in the event that the winner does not accept to receive the prize by communication sent within said period, a new draw will be made from among the other participants, and so on up to five times, until the winner of the competition who answers the aforementioned communication is found.
- COMMUNICATION OF THE RESULT
Once the draw has been carried out, the name of the winning participant will be communicated on Instagram @deeply_europe, and each winner will be notified by private message on said social network. The winner will have 3 working days from the date of contact to make a claim or, on the contrary, to reject the prize. In the event that the winner does not reply within this period and for any reason (including unforeseen circumstances or force majeure) and including the corresponding rejection, DEEPLY will not look for another winner.
- CLAIM AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
Once notified, the winner must indicate his/her full name and e-mail address, in order to be contacted by DEEPLY to materialize the delivery of the prize, which must be delivered within 96 hours after the winner's personal information has been provided. It is important that once the prize has been delivered, the winner verifies that he/she has received the prize correctly.
The winner accepts that DEEPLY may check the winner's identity in order to verify that the requirements defined in clause 6 of these legal bases of the competition have been met.
- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
DEEPLY expresses that the present legal bases of the present sweepstakes are the only valid rules and instructions for the correct follow-up of the sweepstakes, so that the present sweepstakes DOES NOT CONTAIN MORE THAN WHAT IS INDICATED IN THESE BASES.
DEEPLY will not be responsible in any way for any interruption, outage and/or deficiency that may prevent or hinder participants from communicating with DEEPLY for the purposes of the sweepstakes, including server deficiencies, as well as any other situation of this type that is not attributable to DEEPLY's fault or willful misconduct.
It will be understood that all persons who directly or indirectly take part in any way in this sweepstakes, have known and accepted in full the present legal bases, as well as the Privacy Policy that regulates the processing of personal data incurred in this sweepstakes.
- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The participant authorises DEEPLY to publish, fix, reproduce and communicate through the social network selected to carry out the prize draw, the winner's profile image for the purposes of exhibition and display on the winner's social network. DEEPLY will not use the winner's images for purposes other than those mentioned herein.
- DATA PROTECTION.
